When our family member or a dear friend who, otherwise, was a jolly good fellow, goes against the law, and he’s undergoing trials and tribulations, stand by him until the law finds him wanting. It’s the law, not you, he went against.
The pain and mental torture of being abandoned by loved ones is sometimes greater than accusations of and trial for the crime. Many have had heart attack and even died just because friends of 'good times' suddenly disappeared when trouble knocked.
Let’s be a friend in deed to our loved ones, not in need!
